Ordering FAQs

Thank-you very much for your interest in Microlytic’s products. Please refer to the information below as an initial guide to ordering from our Company.

Payment options for ordering directly from Microlytic:

(1) Credit Card Check-out

All credit cards are accepted. VISA, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX cards are accepted through either online options. For other credit card orders, please call our sales line at +1 781 214 6717 * press 1.

Our website offers both standard credit card checkout (grey checkout button in the cart are) and Google Wallet Checkout. If using the standard checkout, all data entry will be completed on our secure website. If using the Google Wallet Checkout, you will be redirected to you Google payment screen and then back to our website.

(2) Bank Transfer

Microlytic accepts direct Bank Transfers for payment. Orders will ship on receipt of payment. Please complete the online steps in the check-out and ensure that your email and phone are input correctly, One of our sales representatives will contact you shortly following order completion with our banking information.

(3) Check or Money Order

Complete the online checkout and select the check or money order option. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Please forward your payment to Microlytic North America, ATTN: Sales, 21 A Street, Burlington, MA 01803. Include a printout of your order confirmation with your payment.

(4) Purchase Order

You can complete the checkout in order to obtain a formal price quote for Purchase Order generation. Alternatively you can contact our sales line at +1 781 214 6717 * press 1 or email info@microlytic.om to request an official quote with appropriate expiration date.

Your completed PO can then be forwarded to our office at the info@microlytic.com email or to our fax line at: +1 781 998 0228.

Third Party/Distributor Orders

(1) VWR and Fisher Scientific

All Microlytic products are available through VWR or Fisher Scientific. To place an order through either company, please contact the appropriate representative with the SKU# and Product Description from our website. Please be sure to indication that “no vendor substitutions” should be made and indicate any valid promotional offers. Microlytic will honor current promotions for orders placed through either company.

(2) Ariba

Microlytic is also a registered vendor in the Ariba management system. You should first establish a trading relationship with us through the normal route. We can be identified using the ANID: AN 01004570649. All of our products are available for Ariba purchases. Please use our online SKU# and product descriptions to generate your Purchase Order. In the near future, all of our products will be included as an Ariba catalog to facilitate ordering via this mechanism.

(3) International Distributors

Select Microlytic products are available through a number international distributors. We also directly ship our products internationally outside of these distributors. Please call our sales line at +1 781 214 6717 *press 1 or email info@microlytic.com to identify which ordering mechanism is most applicable for your payment, importing and shipping needs.
